Get Fit MAT Pilates is a personal training, wellness, pilates, and muscle recovery studio in downtown Greensboro. Lead trainer and owner Tonya Martin offers personal training sessions, private and small group pilates classes in this quiet studio setting, located in downtown’s revitalized southside neighborhood.

The studio offers Classical Pilates, which most closely honors Joseph Pilate’s original work. In addition, Tonya’s studio provides a range of pilates training equipment, including reformers, trapeze table, and towers.

Established in 1997, Tonya Martin set out to create a distinctive training space where clients could spend one, focused hour on mind and body, away from the noisy distractions often experienced at the gym.

Here, clients receive a personal training experience. If it’s a one-on-one private session, or a group class, Tonya will personally coach each client through a series of exercises designed to help them move with strength, ease and grace.

With her extensive experience as a certified personal trainer, pilates instructor, and Muscle Activation Technique specialist, Tonya ensures each client is using proper form throughout the session for a work out that leaves clients feeling strong.
